From the ashes of the COVID-19 pandemic, we rose to tackle the food crisis, where families struggled to find nourishment while vast amounts of food were being discarded.

 This is the only blog in the world that brings together the interconnected missions of food rescue, composting, and land reclamation, aligning with the EPA’s Food Recovery Hierarchy for sustainable management of food. By putting people first, ensuring edible food feeds those in need, providing surplus for animal feed, and composting what remains, we maximize every resource to build a truly circular and regenerative system.
